Sirius tutorials

Sirius is a complex and feature-rich application and may require some time to become familiar with its functions and controls. There are multiple viewer panels and visualization and computation options. These tutorials are provided to make the learning process quicker and easier. They start with some basic concepts and move to more advanced features of Sirius. Walking through each of the tutorials will give you a good starting point in learning to use the Sirius environment.

It is highly recommended that you complete the first tutorial before working on the second one. This sequence will give you a good background in basic Sirius functions, which will be very helpful in becoming familiar with more complex tasks in manipulating protein structures.

Working with protein structures Retrieving protein structures, rendering options, Structure Browser, manipulating ribbon cartoons, detection of hydrogen bonds and steric clashes, structure alignment, etc.
