Default font
|
Sets the default font for the sequence viewer. The selection is previewed in the option panel.

Residue coloring by chain
|
Sets sequence of chain colors. If the structure has more than five chains, the colors are repeated.

Sequence display options
|
The user has the option to show residue tips that display 3-letter amino acid names and residue number in the full sequence.
In addition, gridlines in the sequence viewer can be shown or hidden.

Cell background color
|
Sets default background color of the sequence viewer.
|
|
Cross-viewer events
|
Sets the option for common selection and common coloring. If these options are turned off, the events are not relayed between
the structure and sequence display components.
