Structure BrowserStructure Browser is a panel that displays internal structure of the loaded molecules: chains, residues and atoms. Once a new structure is loaded (or removed), the Structure Browser display is updated to reflect the change. The browser also allows for fast navigation by providing linked selection with the 3D workspace and the sequence viewer. Context-specific popup menus provide shortcuts to the common appearance options, such as coloring, rendering, ribbon display or view focusing on a specific component. Additional information about individual structure components (atoms, residues or chains) is provided in the Information Viewer, a small panel within the browser that can be open via a shortcut menu.
