This script demonstrates how to write a simple python program that is a CIPRES
	client.

For the script to work, CIPRES_ROOT must be set in your environment (or passed 
	in as a command-line argument).  CIPRES_ROOT should refer to root of your
	CIPRES installation (NOT the top of the source that developers have access to).


The script takes the path to a NEXUS file and parameters for the CIPRES rec-i-DCM
	implementation.
