The tree infer service encountered an error and was unable to obtain a starting tree.	The portal does not tolerate non-DNA and non-protein Symbols very well yet. The file parses ok, but the statement; SYMBOLS = " 1 2 3 4" Can cause the error, even though you didn't use those symbols. If you delete that string, the file will run. If there are taxa with non-DNA or non-RNA characters defined by the symbol command, these must also be removed, unfortunately. Don't forget that the nchar statement will also need to be corrected.
