1. TestCipresAction.java is for both testing cipres and performance test runs;
2. update configuration.xml
3. if remoteRegistry is not null, it'll run end-to-end 
   (treebase -> cluster node); Otherwise, it can run only on cluster node;
4. you need nexus file in nexusfiles/
5. to_nexus contains nexus files that've been converted by Holder's converter;
6. make sure your start cipresctl using the correct version of cipres, to do so,
   set $CIPRES_ROOT env variable
7. make sure the analysis names are unique for each run in NexusFile.xml; 

to run, from this directory, invoke:
./script/run/sh
