    The folder subtree that starts here contains two projects,
    Bio::CDAT and Bio::Phylo. The surrounding build / install
    system (../MANIFEST, ../Makefile.PL, ../META.yml) strictly
    applies to Bio::Phylo (which is a requirement for the cipres
    perl architecture).
    
    The following files are allowed in this folder:
    
        CDAT.pm .............. base class for Bio::CDAT
        Phylo.pm ............. base class for Bio::Phylo
        README ............... this file
        ObjectCompat.pod ..... design document for CDAT 
                               object compatibility
    
    The following subfolders are allowed in this folder:
    
        CDAT ................. sub classes / namespaces 
                               for Bio::CDAT
        Phylo ................ sub classes / namespaces 
                               for Bio::Phylo
        Tools ................ wrapper implementations, e.g. 
                               Bio::Tools::Run::MrBayes
