IMPORTANT:
	Keep the directories and application bundles in this directory together! 
	You CAN move the entire directory, but moving some of them may result in 
	applications being unable to find the CIPRES-Root directory.
	
	CIPRES-Root contains the core components of CIPRES.  You should not need to look inside it.
