`arbol` change log
==================

* version 0.01 - created by refactoring the `PIPRes` package into a `cipres` 
  package that allows cooperation with the rest of the CIPRES architecture and 
  this package.  `arbol` is pure python and does not has no dependencies on 
  modules that are not included with Python

    - revisions < 3070 focused on code cleaning (using pylint_ as checker)
    - revisions < r3120 conformance with cheesecake_ conventions
