    Please use the CIPRES project's bug-tracking website: 
    https://ngbugz.sdsc.edu/
    When you click on the "New Case" link, please select "CIPRes" as the project
    and simply mention "arbol" in the report (preferably in the case title).

3. Where is the licensing information? 
    See LICENSE for a brief overview or `LGPL.txt`_ for a more detailed description
    of the GNU Lesser General Public License.
    arbol is also available under the BSD-style open-source license that 
    govern CIPRES software.
