This was an aborted attempt to make an example application in C++.
We need to clean up the CIPRES C/C++ libraries:
	1. make hierarchy emulate what gets installed.  Ideally:
		cipres/comm/
			   cipres_config.h
			   idl/api1
			       api2
	2. We need to have configure output a script that SDK users can 
		source before they run configure or rewrite the macros for finding 
		CIPRES and omni... such that they are easy for SDK users to add 
		to their own configure.in
	3. All changes need to be coordinated with the windows so they don't 
		break the build

Best timing for this to be discussed at next developers' meeting.
